This morning we said goodbye (for now) to one of our OGs,
She’s been with GEDfit since the very beginning, nearly 10 years ago! Rain, hail, shine, sleepless nights with kids, she’s always there at 5am ready to train. Through two strong and fit pregnancies, Skye has shown what true consistency, resilience and kindness look like.

The gym is so much more than just a place we work out, it’s the people we see every day, the ones who push us when just showing up feels hard. You’ve been that person for so many, Skye 🩵

We know this isn’t goodbye, just a “see you soon.”
Juggling kids and the longer drive might make it tricky, but we know when you do make it in, it’ll feel like nothing’s changed.

You’re truly an inspiration, showing up at 5:05am every single morning for nearly a decade.
We’re going to miss you so much, but we couldn’t be prouder ❤️
