In today's video we have PUSH_ Head Coach Jamie performing a Barbell Hip Thrust, 150kg's x 8 reps. Hip Thrusts are a great way to boost glute activation, hamstrings & lower back strength. This is a good substitute to deload from a deadlift for a week, because this do not have a huge demand on your Central nervous system (CNS). For females, add Hip Thrusts at the end of every lower body session, mix in some Sumo Stance Deadlifts & Split Squat variations to turn you backside into steel.
