Wests Illawarra Cricket Club

Wests Illawarra Cricket Club Cricket Club based in Figtree, NSW, Australia. To the locals, the Club is more commonly known as "Wests" or "The Devils", which is its emblem.

Wests Illawarra Cricket Club, as it is known today, was founded by a simple re-naming of the then Coniston Cricket Club at the Annual General Meeting in 1949/50. For many years, the foundation name of "Western Suburbs Cricket Club" has remained in place representing (at the time) all the new surrounding suburbs in which it’s members predominately resided. In more recent times, "Illawarra" has prog

ressively become part of the name identifying the Club to a region within New South Wales for both incorporation and sponsorship. The club colours are navy and red.

We are back for 26-27 season starting with our Wests Devils Junior Academy.

To take part in the Wests Devils Academy you must be registered in our U10-U15 age groups. The academy fee is $20 and you can add this during your registration.

Even if you are not available for the academy, you can still register for this season.

Our final award for 2025/26 is our Best and Fairest award. Whilst his performance on the night as Barry the devil was underwhelming, there is no denying that through his performances on the field, his role as training coordinator and all round Mr Fix it at the club, Bart is a most deserving recipient of the Best and Fairest award.
