Facts:
Lockdown continues. I would be lying if I said it doesn’t make me feel uncomfortable. I’m out of my comfort zone, like when your workout has 100 burpees and it feels like it’s never ending. 🤪 but, you just get in and get started! It’s hard and you want to quit, but you’re determined to not let it beat you.
So today, I challenge myself to not be beaten, to suck it up and get on with it.
I can’t control these aspects of life right now, but I can control my attitude towards it.
I was a bit of a sucky teenager this weekend- but today, I will put on my adult pants and own the day!
3 goals for Monday:
1. 10000 steps
2. Drink my Water
3. 5 min stretch.
