Facts:
Lockdown continues. I would be lying if I said it doesn’t make me feel uncomfortable. I’m out of my comfort zone, like when your workout has 100 burpees and it feels like it’s never ending. 🤪 but, you just get in and get started! It’s hard and you want to quit, but you’re determined to not let it beat you.
So today, I challenge myself to not be beaten, to suck it up and get on with it.
I can’t control these aspects of life right now, but I can control my attitude towards it.
I was a bit of a sucky teenager this weekend- but today, I will put on my adult pants and own the day!

3 goals for Monday:

1. 10000 steps
2. Drink my Water
3. 5 min stretch.

What can you do today??

Motivation is fleeting, it’s routine and habit that keeps you going. 🧩

Consistency is key 🔑

If that means walking 30 mins a day right now, or even 5 times a week- do that.
It doesn’t have to be big, massive changes- small steps will pave the way for bigger things in time.
Do what is achievable for you and what feels good for you ☀️
