Hi Ferny Hills Swimming Families,
Ferny Hills Swimming Club is excited to announce that we will be hosting a Nutrition Presentation on Saturday, 15 August, from 8:30 am to 9:30 am.
This presentation is free to attend and is proudly sponsored by Ferny Hills Swimming Club. We encourage all swimmers and parents to come along and take advantage of this fantastic opportunity to learn more about nutrition and how it can support swimming performance, recovery, health, and overall wellbeing.
This presentation is open to everyone, not just Ferny Hills Swimming Club members. We encourage all parents and squad swimmers of all ages and ability levels to attend.
Guest Presenter: Amanda Rhode
The presentation will be delivered by Amanda Rhode, founder of Little Lunch Nutrition.
Amanda brings a wealth of knowledge and experience, including:
A Bachelor of Health Science (Nutrition and Sport)
An Advanced Diploma in Nutritional Medicine
Extensive experience coaching swimmers at both State and National levels
A passion for helping young athletes develop healthy and sustainable nutrition habits
Amanda's unique combination of nutrition expertise and swimming coaching experience makes her exceptionally qualified to provide practical advice for swimmers and their families.
