YogaSol & Sol Therapies A place where the community can come together to improve health mobility and reduce pain. Welcome to our Community. Young or old, we have something for you.

Here at Yoga Sol you can find a class to suit each member of your family. Whether you are an advanced Yogi or a beginner, you like to sweat or take it easy. You don't even need to participate in yoga. We host many workshops and community family friendly events. If you are needing relaxation, we have two massage rooms if you're in need of remedial or relaxation massage which you can finish off with a delightful Monsoon shower for added relaxation. We also have two chillout spaces with kitchen facilities to make a cuppa and just rest in a quite friendly space. Swing in the hammock or laze in the sun while catching up with friends or quietly contemplating. We run annual yoga retreats in the majestic Nepal, Teacher Training in both Sound Therapy and Yoga as well as post graduate massage short courses. Please call with any questions or you can book in for a massage or yoga class via our website.

1 lakh 54 thousand is roughly $2250 AUD.

This is a large quantity of food that will be distributed amount some of the worse affected families within the district.

These people have received aid today.
If you have sharp ears you will hear Ramesh say Didi Clara.

As he tells these families the names of people that have helped provide these items.
We so far have supplied rice and veg as well as cooking supplies plates and bowls.
Thank you so much for your kind donations.
They are warmly received.
Knowing these families are safe and can eat and drink is the best feeling ever.

My dear friend Ramesh has flown to the area affected by floods. He has taken food and aid to families that have lost everything.
He will be returning with gas and groceries so they can eat and drink clean water.

Thank you to everyone who has donated to the people of Nepal.

Food and water will keep them safe and alive as the aftermath of the situation continues.

If you feel compelled to donate please reach out privately so I can share information on how to support this private on the group mission to provide aid right.
