Hi everyone,
The time has come to get back into it. I’ll be starting up again in a couple of weeks for anyone interested! 3 sessions a week to start with. Monday & Thursday (3:30), and Wednesday(4:30) afternoons for about an hour in the Fernvale Sports Park (next to the school).
Bootcamp style sessions including a mixture of cardio, strength and endurance exercises with some boxing thrown in there too. The occasional test to see where we’re at, requiring no experience to start & the first session is free.
Gauging interest for now so please let me know if you’re keen and ready to get stuck in while having a great time doing so.
