**TERM 3 PILATES**

This term has really gotten away from me & I'm realizing there is only 3 weeks remaining til school holidays!! :O

SO....shall we run a sampler for 3 weeks on Monday nights 28 AUGUST, 4 SEPTEMBER, 11 SEPT @ 6:30pm-7:30pm or just wait & kick off again for a full term from 9 October 2023?

***TERM 2 PILATES - TUESDAY 6:30pm**

I've tallied up all the votes.....TUESDAY night PILATES is the preference for this term so we'll commence next week! :D It will be a 7 week term & run until school holidays begin.

The dates will be: 9, 16, 23, 30 MAY + 6, 13, 20 JUNE 2023
TIME : 6:30-7:30pm
LOCATION: Hall - 10 Simpson St Fernvale
COST: $140 Term Block

Class will be capped at 20 Participants & payment needs to be made prior commencement to reserve your spot. Please message for direct debit details.

This class will be suited to all ages & abilities with a very experienced instructor of 27 years (physiology & rehab background). We'll be using Therabands, Rings & Balls for maximum results. All equipment (including mats) will be supplied. Just bring a towel.

EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST - BALANCE YOGA OR PILATES TERM 2

Unfortunately I am only available for Tuesday nights during Term 2 so now have to decide between running either PILATES or BALANCE YOGA.

Option of 6:30pm or a 7:00pm start.

Dates : 2, 9, 16, 23, 30 May + 6, 13, 20 June (8 weeks)

Balance Yoga is a beautiful blend of Yoga, Pilates & Tai Chi which will give you an all round mind / body work out. Be prepared to sweat a little, tone your muscles & improve your balance. It will be an 8 week term and commence TUESDAY 2nd May 2023. Proposed time 6:30-7:30pm.
