This fortnight we’re launching our brand new Kindergym theme… SUPERHEROES! 💥

Little heroes will be building strength, coordination and confidence as they train through gymnastics circuits, movement challenges and imaginative play

Every session will be packed with fun, movement and adventure designed just for growing bodies and busy minds. Will you save the day or learn to fly like a real superhero? 🦸‍♂️

So put on your cape (imaginary or real 😉) and join us as we swing into superhero training!

This fortnight in Kindergym we are exploring our Seal Stretch shape! 🦭

The children practised lying on their tummies while pushing up through their arms and lifting their chests high like a seal. This shape helps develop upper body strength, core stability, flexibility, posture and body awareness.

We loved seeing so many strong little seals in the gym this week! 💙

🍂❄️🌸☀️ Our New Theme: Seasons! ☀️🌸❄️🍂

This fortnight in Kindergym we are exploring the four seasons through movement, play, sensory activities and learning together!

From jumping in puddles and planting flowers to summer sunshine games and autumn leaf fun, our little learners will build confidence, coordination and creativity while discovering how the world changes throughout the year.

Through our activities we’ll be developing:
✨ Balance and coordination
✨ Fine and gross motor skills
✨ Imagination and social confidence
✨ Early learning concepts like months, weather and seasonal changes

We can’t wait for another fun filled 2 weeks of learning through movement 💛
