🚨 WE’RE HIRING AT WFC FERNTREE GULLY
We’re looking for a genuine superstar to join our Sales & Customer Service team.
This isn’t a “sit behind the desk and wait for something to happen” kind of role.
We want someone who’s great with people, confident on the phone, loves a challenge and takes real ownership of what they’re doing.
A big part of your role will be working with new leads, understanding what they’re looking for and helping turn those conversations into new WFC members.
You’ll also be part of the day-to-day running of the club — looking after members, helping generate leads, running the cafe, keeping the place looking schmick and generally making sure people have an unreal experience when they walk through the doors.
Most importantly, we want someone who gives a s**t.
Someone who’ll treat WFC like it’s their own, wants to see the club grow and genuinely believes in what we’re trying to build — helping people become fitter, stronger, more confident versions of themselves through Muay Thai and fitness.
The role will initially be casual, with opportunities to grow into a permanent position for the right person.
