5:30pm - 7:00pm Monday and Wednesdays. We offer Taekwondo classes for the general public, suitable for men, women and children. We offer Tiny Tot classes (in some locations)
We offer BJJ / Ground Fighting classes (in some locations)
We offer Muay Thai / Kickboxing / Boxing classes (in some locations)
We offer effective Self Defence training for the general public. We offer specialised Combat training for the security industry and armed service personnel (in some locations)
We offer competition / sports Taekwondo training. We offer Reality Bases Self Defence (in some locations)

Please note change of timings for upcoming grading on Saturday 12th Sep at Medowie Dojang. Black Belts to arrive at 10:00am for set up please. Coloured Belts to arrive at 10:20am for 10:30 start.
