Half an hours walk at 3degrees. Need to get some weight off. Mark Monaghan, you should be walking in front of it. Plenty of room!

This is a horse (Royals) trained by a mate of mine (Pat Johnston). I can't remember the last time it had a saddle on it. Totally treadmill trained. Huge run!
