It's one of our favourite summer traditions and registrations are officially OPEN for the 2027 Tim Gates Classic! 🎉

Whether you're chasing a PB, getting the kilometres in or simply keen to enjoy a great afternoon by the coast, there's a place for you.

There’s something pretty special about IRB training at Fairhaven SLSC — the thrill of getting ready, the focus and precision that comes with every manoeuvre, and the laughs and camaraderie that make training so much fun.

All of it, set against a coastline that reminds us just how lucky we are to call this place home. 🌅

Training hard, learning new skills, chasing the next wave and never taking this incredible backyard for granted.

Big thanks to everyone involved for bringing the energy, commitment and plenty of fun to the water. 🤙

Recently, a group of Fairhaven members, including our Board and delegates, attended the annual Life Saving Victoria Awards of Excellence night. ✨

It was a fantastic evening celebrating and recognising the incredible work of clubs, volunteers and members across the state and the contribution Fairhaven makes to the wider lifesaving community. ❤️💛

A special congratulations to Alex Schwarz, who was a finalist for one of the evening’s awards. 👏 What a great achievement and recognition of the commitment and contribution of our members!

Thanks to everyone who represented Fairhaven and helped make it such a memorable night. 🥂
