Our 7/8 T-Ballers may not have grabbed the win, but for a team full of new faces and first-game nerves, those big smiles at the end say it all! We’re so proud of them. 🥰⚾️

And our Junior League Giants have started their new division with a BANG — a huge 16–0 win! 🔥💪

A new season officially gets underway tomorrow, and we’re excited to see our Giants back on the diamond!

🌟 7/8 T-Ball
A fresh new-look team for our 7/8s this season! A few of our 5/6 T-Ballers from last season are making the step up, joined by a fantastic group of brand-new players starting their Giants journey. We can’t wait to watch this team grow, learn and have plenty of fun along the way!

🔥 Little League Major
After narrowly missing out on a Grand Final spot in Little League Minors last season, this team steps up to Little League Major ready for a new challenge and hoping to go that one step further this season! They’ll have to wait one more week to get started, with a Round 1 BYE.

💪 Junior League
Our Intermediate team from last season steps up to Junior League after an incredible campaign that saw them battle through a three-game Grand Final series and finish runners-up. Now they’re ready to take on the next level!

What a way to kick off the 2026/27 Senior League season! 🔥

Our Giants hit the field for their season opener tonight and came away with a 9–6 WIN over Penrith! 🙌⚾️

A special shoutout to the two new players joining our Giants family this season 💙💛 It was great to see them out there for the first time, and we’re excited to have them as part of the team!

For many of our players, this season marks the next chapter after stepping up from Junior League into Senior League — and the team has certainly started it in style! 👏

After an incredible run as Junior League Grand Finalists last season, our Giants are stepping up and beginning their next chapter in Senior League! 💪⚾️

This season brings a new challenge, with the team taking the field every Thursday night at 7pm — and we can’t wait to see what this group can achieve! 💙💛

We would love to see some of our Giant Families consider venturing into umpiring. It is a great hidden talent to have even as a coach or manager or better yet our teenage/fresh adults. Be sure to follow the below and check out available dates/locations.

Community Umpiring Courses are designed as an entry point for anyone looking to learn the fundamentals of umpiring, improve their knowledge of the game or begin their umpiring accreditation pathway.

✅ Minimum age 12 years
✅ Suitable for players, coaches, parents and club volunteers
✅ Participants aged 18+ require a valid Volunteer Working With Children Check
✅ Complete the Community Officiating Essential Skills Course before attending
✅ Complete the NSWBUA online test following the practical course to receive accreditation

Whether you want to become an umpire, better understand the game or simply help support baseball at your local club, there’s a course available to get you started.

On behalf of everyone at Holroyd Giants Baseball Club, we want to wish two of our very own Giants, Ethan McAteer and Cooper Bentley, the very best of luck as they are currently in the USA representing Australia at two different international tournaments! 💚💛

⚾️ Cooper Bentley is in Missouri, competing in the 12U Cal Ripken World Series.

⚾️ Ethan McAteer is in Texas, competing in the 14U Babe Ruth World Series.

What an incredible achievement for both boys and such a proud moment for their families, teammates and everyone back home at Holroyd Giants! ⚾️

A huge THANK YOU to all of our returning players and the many new faces who came along to our Try Baseball sessions. It was fantastic to see so many people of all ages step onto the diamond, have some fun, learn new skills, and experience what Holroyd Giants Baseball Club is all about.
