Goju Ryu Karate Do is a traditional form of Karate, utilising a combination of hard and soft techniques. More importantly, karate provides first hand self defence and discipline. Our dojo is currently based at Fairfield RSL Youth Club in Western Sydney. Traditional features of training involves practicing basics, kihonido (moving basics), yakute (one step sparring), kata (patterns) and kumite (bot

h continuous and one point sparring). Contemporary features of training include frequent stretching, core/body conditioning, strength exercises and calisthenics. We cater for all ages with children above 6-7 years of age being preferable (depending on physical maturity). Special congratulations to Shihan Frank and Shihan Tan receiving their 7Th DAN grading certificates. All the students sincerely appreciate their leadership, support and dedication. We are very proud of their amazing achievement.
