Today, I retired as secretary of South West Sharks & to say goodbye to a club that I formed in 2017 was very hard, but I have left it in good hands & hopefully with the help from all the committee, the club will grow.
I have volunteered my life to junior league & 2 clubs for over 15 years & now it’s time to close that chapter of my life & open a new one in the Eels Elite Pathways only. I am so grateful for the children & families that I have come across & I also want to thank EVERY club that had to put up with me throughout the years. Those memories I will keep close to my heart & I will be forever be grateful for everyone that I crossed paths with.🩷Once again thank you & good luck Sharks in the future.🦈

Outstanding work from the under 10s today although we didn't get the win today but they played extremely well today our attack and defence was on fire today. And you guys went out on the field and gave it your all and I am very proud of how u guys played today. All your hard work at training paid off. But keep your heads up we still got work to do bring on next week . You have another chance next week at the preliminary finals. Up the Mighty Sharks 🦈 🦈 🦈

U14 Girls Report

Where to begin…
Today we played a challenging game against Redfern at their home turf on elimination round.

We didn’t get the result that we wanted, falling short with a last second try by Redfern with the score being 24-22.

I couldn’t be any prouder with these girls. As the coach, I am grateful to have the opportunity to train these ladies. From where they first started till now, we can definitely say we’ve come a LONG way. From getting beaten every week game to making the top 4 to making it to the finals is a MASSIVE GOAL and accomplishment.

Shout out to Sue and Shane for opening the u14 girls team.
Shout out to the trainers for dedicating their time to come out and help out.
Shout out to the parents for showing up to games and supporting the kids.

I APPRECIATE YOU ALL!

Regardless of the score, I am very proud of all of you. From the beginning of the season, you were getting merced in every game & to get through to the finals is a massive achievement. Hold your heads up high & next season with be a better season. Thank you girls for a lovely season. 💖🦈💖
