Fairfield Flashback Friday is here again! Our fabulous Nuñez girls are proof that the family that physies together, stay together. Deirdre is one of our Advanced Ladies (and our resident seamstress!), while Mercedes and Alex are two of our much-loved Extended Ladies. 💜💜💜

Fairfield City Physie has a long history of multi-generational families being involved in our club, and there's still time for you to join us in 2026! In around 48 hours we'll be recovering from night 1 of physie season 2026... and if you've been thinking about enquiring, whether for yourself or your daughter, your time is now.

There's a reason so many women participate in physie from childhood right through to their later years. This sport is so much more than the sparkly end product that's seen at our competitions - it's months upon months of learning and remembering choreography, refining movements and timing, strengthening both mind and body, and striving each week to improve on the last. It's discipline, it's commitment - but it's also joy, fun and laughter, with a group of women who will embrace you from day one. We could talk about the reasons we love physie all day, but we'd really love you to experience it for yourself.

We have just finalised our timetable for the first few weeks and our fees for the year - reach out now, either via DM here or by filling in the form on our website and we'll be in touch as soon as possible with all the info you need. All new members receive their first lesson free, so there's nothing to lose.

We can't wait to catch up with old friends and meet some new ones on Wednesday. We hope you're among them!

One of the biggest reasons we love physie so much is that there's no upward age limit on particiation. Start as young as 5, and keep going for as long as you want - the syllabus adapts as you move through different age groups to ensure the movements are both age-appropriate and achievable. Our physie school, EP Physie, even offers a competitive section for women 60+ with a slower, less-intense adaptation of the ladies' syllabus to help keep you going for as long as it's physically possible.

Check out some of our beautiful members, who started physie very early in life and are still going in their 20s, 30s, 40s and beyond!
