What a beautiful day today with Collaroy Plateau Physie! Wonderful performances from our three brave competitors, plenty of physie friend catch-ups and a sea of pink in support of The McGrath Foundation on this very special day. Thank you for having us! 🎀

Next weekend is one for rest and recovery - the comp season resumes on Saturday 12 October, when we head west to Richmond with our friends at Hawkesbury Valley Physie. See you then!

Hope some of you enjoyed a sleep-in yesterday, because today's another early start as we road-trip it to Warriewood to visit our friends at Collaroy Plateau Physie!

We can't wait to see everyone looking oh-so-pretty in pink. Best of luck to our Fairfield City competitors, to everyone who is taking to the floor today, and to the Collaroy Plateau team in achieving their fundraising aims for The McGrath Foundation. After starting with a bang last week, today we're road-tripping up the M1 to see our gorgeous friends at Tuggerah Lakes Physie! We can't wait for a huge day of friendship, fun and LOTS of physie.

What a way to kick-start our competition season! ✨️

Congratulations to our four fearless competitors, who bravely donned their lycra in the Canberra chill and represented our club so beautifully. We are immensely proud of what you each achieved yesterday, and can't wait to see how your competition season unfolds from here 💜 A huge thanks to our hosts, SOUTHERN HIGHLANDS PHYSIE and thecapitalphysie for all their effort in putting on a great day!

Physie fans, assemble - IT'S TIIIIIIME!

Our first interclub of 2026 has finally arrived. Our little club has a small group of competitors and supporters on the ground in Canberra today, plus many more tuning in with great excitement from home (thanks to Rick, the live streaming king! 👑).

Well, it's August... which means that ready or not, it's time to fish your leotard bag out of the back of the wardrobe, because competition season is officially here!

We're wishing all the very best to everyone competing tomorrow at EP Physie's first interclub of the year, hosted by Woolgoolga club. Enjoy your time on the floor, point those toes and don't forget to make a physie friend! 👯‍♀️

Fairfield Flashback Friday is here again! Our fabulous Nuñez girls are proof that the family that physies together, stay together. Deirdre is one of our Advanced Ladies (and our resident seamstress!), while Mercedes and Alex are two of our much-loved Extended Ladies. 💜💜💜

Fairfield City Physie has a long history of multi-generational families being involved in our club, and there's still time for you to join us in 2026! Week 1 was amazing, but we can feel it already - week 2 is gonna be golden! ⭐️
