Final day of Club championships and OMG, it was hotter than a dad's embarrassing dance moves on the dance floor! 🕺️ The battle raged on, but our dads still managed to bring their A-game... and their A- excuses for their dodgy swings! 😂 Darryl Olds, aka Pavlova King, took the win with a sizzling 68, because of course he did, he's the king! 👑 Brent Bright, aka Super Dad (If Dad can't fix it, he'll just duct-tape it!), came in second with 71 points, and Stormin Normin McLeod, aka Cancer-free Legend, snagged third with 73 points. Happy Father's Day to all our awesome dads tomorrow! 🎉 We celebrated with a Hot Dish and Dessert Night (aka the best meal in Exmouth) and a huge thanks to our contributors for making it happen! 🙏 Watch this space for the announcement of the Club champions at our wind up night. Great effort to all, and don't forget to stretch, dads! 🤣

Day 2 of the Club Championships and we're all feeling like zombies 🧠‍♂️! Macca brought his A-game again, but the handicap police came knocking and bumped him down to 15 🚔. No sweet treats for him today 😔. Jules Sloot, on the other hand, got a handicap adjustment from 40 to 38 and then went on to win the day with a sizzling score of 68 🔥! Brent Bright was hot on her heels with 70, and Chrissy Box rounded out the top three with 70 points and a birdie to boot 🐦. Shoutout to our longest walker Janet Woollard, who improved her game and still managed to flash a smile at the end of the day 😊. Huge thanks to our amazing sponsors John Anderson and Liz Gardner! Yesterdays comp was awesome, thanks to the Lovely Maureen Graham for sponsoring the shindig! 🎉 The sun was shining bright, and so were the scores - Bert Brescianini crushed it with 38 points, Chris Johnson brought the heat with 37, and Josh Farmer was hot on their heels with 36. Congrats to all the winners! 🏆 Our novelties were full of surprises - Josh Farmer nailed NTP 2nd Shot, Teressa Miller showed off her putting skills, Lorraine Shales drove it like a pro, and Ross Henderson and Geoff Ince were pin-point accurate with nearest the pins. And let's give it up for Mike Bresnell, our longest walker and proud winner of the NAGA award 😂. What a day! 🎊

Hold up, folks! 🎉 Saturday the 15th August 2026 was the day of the epic Par game, brought to you by the amazing Taylor family! 🙌 Dean and Rachel were the ultimate prize givers, with some seriously cool handcrafted goodies for our champ. And the winners are... 🥁 Scotty Forsyth, the master of 4 points! Kevin Robinson second place with 2 points and John Gryta and Sandra Wyld tied for third with 1 point each. 🤣 Novelty winners were the NTP rockstars: Steve Miller, Jenny Bruce, Kevin Robinson (again!), Marie Hinkley, Geoff Ince, Scotty Forsyth (yep, again!), and Colin Box with the longest putt! 🏆 Congrats to all, and good luck for today's stable ford game... you're gonna need it! 😉

Saturdays are for golf, duh! 🏌️‍♂️ Big shoutout to our amazing sponsors, the McLeods and the Brights, for making it all possible! 🙏 The dynamic duo, Josh Farmer & Steve Miller, took home the gold with a whopping 46 points! 🏆 Equal second place was a tie between Peter Lalor and Stormin Norm Mcleod, and Danny Lawrence and Bronwyn Giles, with 43 points each - talk about a close call! 😅 And now, for the fun stuff! 🎉 Longest Putt award goes to Dickie Goodlet, NTP #5 was Bron Giles, Danny Lawrence crushed it with the longest drive AND NTP 2nd shot, Vicki McLeod showed off her skills with the Ladies longest drive, Steve Miller nailed NTP 3rd shot, and Kevin Robinson took home NTP #14! 🎊 Congrats to all the winners! 🎉
