Move & Mingle 🌼

After the whirlwind of the first half of this year, our Move & Mingle event was one of those nights that made me feel so grateful for the community we have created.

Thank you to everyone that came along, it was so nice to see everyone outside of the studio / gym, relax with a glass of vino (or sparkling), have a few laughs, meet new people and enjoy each others company.

Cyclone Norelle Update 🌀

My heart is aching for the entire Exmouth community. This has been an incredibly devastating and emotionally exhausting week for everyone.

We are very lucky that Studio Coast has little to no damage. Sadly, Hayden and I haven’t been so lucky with our home. Thank you so much to everyone who has reached out to us, we are feeling so supported.

The studio is still without power, therefore all classes will be cancelled for now. Once power is restored I will touch base with all of you. If you were booked in your class will go back onto your account.

I know many of us are running of adrenaline, please take care of yourselves 💛

And that’s a wrap for 2025 ✨

WOW, what a huge year at Studio Coast. Thank you to every single client who has walked through our doors this year, your support is never taken for granted. I am so proud of the Studio, and it’s the community that makes it so extra special.

Harriet, I am in constant awe of you and your work ethic. You have been my right-hand woman this year, juggling studio life alongside work and netball commitments. I am so grateful for you and all of the trainers that have stepped in and taught this year 🌼

We’ll be taking a short two week break to rest and reset. In the new year, you can expect a small schedule shake up as you get stronger, we’ll be adding more intermediate and strength based classes to the timetable.

We’re also so excited to welcome Kirsten, our new trainer, who will be starting with us in the new year.

2026 bookings are now live! Wishing you all a very happy and safe holiday season.
