We’re excited to welcome Steph from Stephanie Armand to Fosfit as our new Personal Trainer from 1 September 🧡

A lot of you will already know her through Village Fit & her local classes and she’s also been a long-time Fosfit member herself!

From September, Steph will be offering full-time PT at Fosfit including

💥 1:1 PT
💥 Partner & small group training
💥 Programs and consults
💥 Plenty of availability before work & after work & throughout the day

And there’s plenty more planned! Challenges, group training & more coming over the next few months.

We’re really excited to have someone who already knows Fosfit & our members, and is such a familiar face in the Evans Head fitness community, joining us!
