We'll head back to Grafton for racing day 3 of 3, both cars still going, a nice catch on Dan's #45 after heat 3 we heard a hissing of a split radiator hose, tidied that up for the feature or it may have been a different story!! We will be joined by the other 2 Morgan's tonight which is always cool to do, all turning laps!!

The track gave us plenty to navigate last night, but we just keep learning. In the shortened feature it was no different.

Both trying our luck at Grafton tonight, we got rained out for the feature in Lismore last night. First round of heats was a slog in a wet thick wet track, both cars dropping positions but Round 2 sees both cars in the same heat Dan out of P3, Trent from P8. Let's get Dirty!!

We close out the season at Lismore this weekend with a double header- started the night with a couple of 4ths in the first round of heats. Trent from P4 and Dan from P2 in the next round of heats, both cars feeling good after a big break. Let's get dirty!! 😁

Congratulations to all drivers who competed in the Lawrence & Hanson RSA Sedan Track Championship across the 2024/25 Season at Castrol Lismore Speedway.
Presentation of trophies will take place at the Chilly Nationals on June 7th, 2025.

Day 3 of 3- both cars still on track after driving them into the pits for their sleepover. Ready to go again- Trent's 44 not fixed but good enough to send it, minor panel straightens for Dan and we are good to go. Let's get dirty 🤪 🏁

We have both cars here ar Lismore tonight, too much to fix this afternoon so got that done, raced our first heat each with not great results. Hoping the track comes to us for the next race with a bit better handling!!

Quick Recap-

Last night we went to Grafton for round 3 of the Norther Rivers Rumble.
Dan was in heat 1 and 3
Trent in heats 2 and 3
Heat 1 was wet- Dan finding the wall with the front right, doing some damage to control arm and causing a rub, Dan still got home in p4 after others having issues too.
Heat 2 was carnage with the sheep's stations up for grabs, Trent keep it clean and was lucky to stay out of trouble coming home in P2 and happy with the car.
Heat 3, Dan moved up to pole and Trent off p2, Dan got the jump on a much drier pole line and stayed there until near the end after a restart, another car got through tight to his outside finishing in p2. In the first couple laps, Trent tried to go around Dan because he wasn't making any mistakes causing him to slide straight toward the wall, narrowly missing and dropped to P5, made it back to the back of Dan's back bumper finishing in P3. Dan still had a problem with the control arm from heat 1, thanks to Wadey for his assist fixing that as best we could.

Feature qualified Trent off P2 and Dan off P3 our best starting positions and they were pumped to hit the track.
Dan ran a good race, keeped it clean and battled the car from damage early in the night to finish P6.
Trent was super keen. Happy with the car all night but we didn't make it out there with the car not starting in the pits- try and sort it ready for Lismore next weekend. Not the greatest nights but that's racing.
