The two Perrett Off Road Racing cars unfortunately had an unsuccesful weekend at the Albins ARB Goondiwindi 400. Brent and Arlene running the 6644 Polaris DNF both the prologue and main race with engine troubles. Amy and Lincoln in the 701 Patrol had a good run in prologue even with a broken front axle they still managed to place second in class. During the single lap on Saturday the crew had to stop and fit a power steering belt at the 35km mark, they were then able to finish the section. On Sunday due to the slow lap time from Saturday the team started well down the field. Whilst making their way up through the field passing many cars, Amy and Lincoln were once again in 2WD due to a drivetrain failure. The 701 Patrol and it's team were unfortunately forced to retired after braking out the front shock mounts.
Huge thanks to all who helped get the cars ready and for all the help over the weekend. Massive thank you to all the fantastic sponsors Cooper Tires Australia, East Coast Bullbars - ECB, Allied Wheels and All 4x4 Parts
