August hours outside….

August outdoor highlights!

The winter crop of broccoli has peaked in August, the strawberry plants are flowering, the chooks are back laying eggs (thank you girls!) and the proteas from our neighbouring farms are blooming. We’ve had some spectacular natural sky shows in the mornings and evenings - the full rainbow was sensational. The Soccer season is almost over for Charlotte, and I keep reminding her that you’re never too old for a playground visit! The dams at home are overflowing and the water tanks are full thanks to some consistent rain. The various wattle varieties have staggered their display for our enjoyment!

The weeks have been full with kindergarten sport programs in addition to the Let’s Move! Classes. In addition to Charlotte’s school production performances we’ve managed to visit the Shepparton Art Museum (SAM) exhibitions, enjoy audio books on the commute to Shepparton etc. But….i know I’ve been quiet on socials. I’m still here!

Term Four Sporting Schools

Applications are now open for schools to apply for funding - closing on 21st August.

I have the capacity to deliver one or two Orienteering programs in term four.
