✅ DAY ONE DONE! ✅

The first day of the Push for Better Challenge is in the books, with 100 push-ups and pull-ups completed and 3,207 still to go.

This year’s challenge represents the 3,307 lives lost to su***de in Australia in 2024. Every push-up is a reminder that these aren’t just numbers — they’re sons, daughters, brothers, sisters, friends and loved ones.

A huge shout-out to everyone who got involved today. Whether you did push-ups, squats, walked, ran or simply started a conversation about mental health, you’re making a difference.

Let’s keep showing up, supporting each other and pushing for better every day. 💛

First multi-day hike with Josh… and I’m still not sure if not knowing the plan was a great idea.

Day one we absolutely legged it up Hannel Spur — the largest vertical ascent of any mountain in Australia. Roughly 1,800m of elevation gain and a serious way to start the trip Geehi.

Day two we navigated down Lady Northcote Canyon towards the Opera House where we stayed.

Then day three. A 3.5km trek down lady northcote creek towards Geehi river that somehow took us around six hours. From there it was a brutal two-hour climb to Olsen Lookout — only about 500 metres in distance but 400 metres of elevation through thick scrub. Then to top it all off, a casual 13km march back to the car 😅

To be honest, if I knew exactly what was planned beforehand, I probably would’ve thought twice. But feeling very blessed to experience such an unreal physical, mental and spiritual connection.

Definitely paying for it now though.

Silently ticking them off! We all have time just not the motivation or the incentive. That’s the only hold back, the mind. But doing it so long now the body is thriving. No soreness, not having to foam roll or recover as hard. Going hard on the Pushups and pull-ups too!

30 days straight — done.

It’s been a fun ride… 3km days, 8km days, a few double-ups, and plenty of grit to keep going. Alongside it all — 50 pull-ups, 100 push-ups, and a stack of gym work 💪

Now… onto the next challenge 🔥

5km every day for the next 30 days plus the pushups and pull-ups.

A solid, consistent distance that gives the body a bit more time to adapt, recover, and build.

Time to go to work 👊
