Australia leads after Day 1 of the Rolex Switzerland SailGP, with Great Britain close behind. USA hit with a DQ, light winds forced a race cancellation. All eyes now on tomorrow’s showdown! ⚡️
Day 1 of the Rolex Switzerland Sail Grand Prix on Lake Geneva saw Tom Slingsby’s Australia SailGP Team finish on top of the leaderboard after a commanding win in Race 2.
🌟 Day 1 Highlights (Sept 20, 2025):
✅ Australia leads with 25 points after 3 races
✅ Great Britain close behind, just 2 points adrift
✅ USA disqualified from Race 1 after a penalty
✅ Light winds cancelled the scheduled 4th race
Conditions were tricky, with light breezes making overtaking tough and tactical.
