💗 MEET SAMMI FROM THE WHOLE FOODIE

🥙🍓 Helping our netballers fuel their bodies for fun, energy and confidence!

We're excited to welcome Sammi from The Whole Foodie to our July School Holiday Clinics for players aged 10–12 years.

Sammi is passionate about helping young people build healthy relationships with food and understand how delicious, everyday foods can help them feel their best on and off the court.

During our special Nutrition & Fuelling Session, players will enjoy:

✨ Age-appropriate nutrition education
✨ Practical tips for busy netballers
✨ Delicious snack and fuelling ideas
✨ A fun hands-on activity
✨ Building confidence around food and performance

Because learning how to fuel your body should be fun, positive and something that lasts well beyond game day.
