Peninsula Magpies Poker Night 😎😎😎😎

Will Rigga get his long awaited revenge?
Will Sammy bust out and have to buy back in early again?
Will Bowie rock up under the weather and nearly win it all ?

Come along to the Portland Footy club on Friday the 17th of July to find out!!!

We look to be running it the same as last year, but the round times issue has been sorted and new better playing cards will be obtained 😅🤣

$50 buy in , with a couple $25 half stack buy backs allowed.

Round 6 game V Gawler Districts Masters AFL Club @ Trinity college a first for the Peninsula Magpies .

Amazing new changerooms and facilities
Was played in full sunshine ☀️.
The oval was only heavy in the middle pitch area, which all players and umpires avoided. Expected Steamboat🤦🏼‍♂️

PMMFC still carrying a big injury list and ended up with another 3 to add to the list 🤕🤕🤕 , started with the bare 18, due to a couple of our brighter players going to the wrong Trinity College 🤦🏼‍♂️🤦🏼‍♂️

Many thanks 🙏🏻 go out to Mark Boundy and to 3 Trinity Old Scholars Football Club players who stepped in to helping us out and did a magnificent job 🙏🏻🙏🏻 but by the end of the game , they were kinda regretting their admirable decision🤣

The game was played and umpired at the high masters level 👌🏻👌🏻

PMMFC presented our amazing trainer Rebecca McDonald for her trainers efforts . Big task ATM 🤕👍🏻

The AFL Masters SA Mini Carnival returns on 21 June and is open to all Masters players aged 35–49.

It’s a great opportunity for an extra hit-out, some fast-paced footy and a chance to build towards the 2026 AFL Masters National Carnival in Newcastle.
