Which class level is right for you? We get this question all the time, so let me break it down:
LEVEL 1 – Foundation & Form Perfect if you’re new to Pilates or the reformer. We focus on mastering the basics, building strength safely, and understanding how your body moves. No experience needed, just bring yourself and we’ll guide you through every step.
LEVEL 2 – Difficulty Increased. You’ve got the foundations down and you’re ready for more. Expect faster transitions, harder spring options, and more challenging layers that test your endurance and strength.
LEVEL 3 – Advanced Transitions & Endurance. For our seasoned movers. Complex sequences, minimal rest, maximum intensity. You’ll need solid technique and stamina to keep up. But trust me, you’ll leave feeling incredible.
