If I wanted to gain weight, lose muscle and feel flat, I’d do this:
❌ Skip strength training
❌ Eat as little as possible
❌ Survive on coffee and snacks
❌ Do endless cardio
❌ Avoid protein and fibre
❌ Sleep 5-6 hours a night
❌ Spend my weekends “starting again Monday”
Sound familiar?
