And a huge Happy Father’s Day to our amazing coaches who help guide, support and inspire our athletes — today is your day too! 💪

From the late nights at training to the weekends spent travelling to competitions, your time, effort and dedication never go unnoticed.

Our dads are also such a huge part of what makes the Lyons community so great — from helping out at competitions, lending a hand with obstacles, to pitching in with renovations and everything in between. We genuinely couldn’t do it without you! ❤️

Thank you for everything you do to support our athletes and help make our community a better place.

Spring is on the way, and there’s no better way to kick it off than by training with a mate!

From 1–8 September, bring one friend FREE to any of our main classes!
