Essendon North’s new home of dynamic movement, ESSE offers a safe space for you to cultivate your growth and truly discover the best version of yourself. Built on the foundation that to live our best, we must move our best, ESSE fosters a fresh approach to the practice of Pilates. Designed with two extensive studio spaces, featuring 11 Allegro Reformer beds and 20 heated Mat spaces, say goodbye to

ever missing out on your movement fix again. Our trainers are passionate, motivated, and supportive. Our community is fun, warm and inclusive. Come as you are, unapologetically you,
