Only had 1hr to spend, but thought I'd do a few runs with the Wandy Creek "Noodle" 2wt & dry fly....glad I did😁

8' 3pce 2 tips 5wt. Dark flamed with Pearsalls Claret/black tipped Gossamer silk threads, antique restored stripping guide. Tung oil finished.

Well my hernia has been giving me absolute hell, today was to be a total rest day....but something said go for a gentle stroll. 2 1/2 hrs from leaving the house and back home on the lounge resting. 😁

Had the best guide and boat skipper for the day, and guiding on a small stream. 3 new species on fly... only small but.....

Had the best guide and boat skipper for the day, and guiding on a small stream. 3 new species on fly... only small but... coral trout, some sort of cod & a sooty grunter. Then topped off today chasing pelgics in the pouring rain. PB Queenie and even a double hook up with Jas.
