FOUNDATIONS TO FLIGHT - PART 2 - TAKING FLIGHT with Verity Gill Yoga

SATURDAY 18TH APRIL 1-3PM

In this workshop we will explore progressions toward Astavakrasana (Eight-Angle Pose) and Tittibasana (Firefly Pose) and transitions such as Crow Pose (Bakasana) to Tripod Headstand. Through mindful sequencing and playful experimentation, we’ll continue to develop strength, focus and confidence in your arm balance practice.

Whether you’re new to arm balances or refining your existing skills, this session will leave you feeling stronger, more confident and inspired to keep exploring.

Please note this workshop may be attended as a standalone workshop for anyone interested in progressing their arm-balance practice.

⭐️FOUNDATIONS TO FLIGHT⭐️

SATURDAY 21st MARCH 1PM - 3PM

with .gill.yoga

This workshop will focus on building strong foundations for a healthy, sustainable, and fun arm balance practice.

You’ll learn how to create a solid Crow (Bakasana) as your base, then progress safely into variations such as Side Crow, Baby Crow, and Eka Pada Koundinyasana I.

Expect plenty of drills, technique breakdowns, and supportive guidance to help you build confidence and find lift-off in a way that feels steady and empowering. 🙌🏼
