The final Restorative Treat for now will be June 26. There's two more spaces available. If you're in need for a reset this is a just the thing you've been looking for.
Enjoy an afternoon of bliss and relaxation, deep breathing and release. During the session I will guide you through a series of restorative setups combined with deep breathing, gentle hands on adjustments and energy work. This type of Yoga is an excellent way tto recharge and reset the nervous system. There is only a very limited number of places available, so be sure to book in advance to secure your place.

Dear Yoga friends, our Monday night yoga classes are back next week, January 4th at 6pm. You have the option to join the class through Zoom if you prefer to practice in the comfort of your own home, or you can attend life. As we move through the coming weeks and months, the class wil include different styles of Yoga, such as traditional Hatha, including Pranayama and meditation, sometimes a gentle flow, as well as long held Yin postures and deeply relaxing Restorative set ups, depending on the students needs and my creativity :-) Please email or message me if you are interested in joining the class.
