6 WEEK SUMMER CHALLENGE INCLUDES
6 x 1 hour one on one PT sessions with myself including weekly check-ins to track progress
TRAINING PROGRAM:
- 4 day split training program with a combination of HIIT, Circuit and Resistance training for upper and lower body
- 2 days HIIT/Circuit, 2 days Resistance Training
- Exercises designed to burn fat, whilst toning and sculpting your body
- Warm ups and B***y Burner Glute activation (resistance band required)
- Training Program split into three progressive two week blocks ( 12 complete 45-60 minute workouts in total)
MEAL PLAN:
- Designed to help shed fat, build/maintain lean muscle and keep you energized all day!
- Vegetarian/Vegan alternatives
- Professional Supplement Guide and recommendations
- Simple ingredient and quantity based structure to allow freedom with recipes
