Soz coaches. Here’s the secret. Ride your bike!

I get asked about coaching at least once a week. I must come across quite rude sometimes because my answer is always … “Just ride your *% # bike”
Worry about the 10%ers before the 1%ers.
As consistent as you can. With a mix of some trainer, some group rides, some racing if that’s your thing, some hills and every few week, find a new road.

And if you really want to add something into your week (especially for us middle-aged peeps) grab a few extra gears and grind away a few strength efforts occasionally.
