Each day the workout will test a different part of your functional strength or conditioning, not specializing in one particular thing, but rather with the goal of building a body that’s capable of practically anything and everything.

It’s that time again!!!

This year, a team at Bendigo Hybrid Fitness - BHF is joining the Push Up Challenge to raise much needed funds for mental health.

Our beneficiary this year is Lifeline Loddon Mallee πŸ’ͺ🏼

Many of us experience mental health challenges throughout our lives, or know someone who has. At BHF, we want to raise awareness, provide support and break the stigma around mental ill health.

Our contribution towards better mental health at BHF is to not only provide a safe space for people to participate in exercise and healthy living, but also a place to belong with a community of like-minded individuals.

This year, we want to spread the word and raise awareness!
