Today we take the field for a massive day at the club as we celebrate our Old Boys Day against our old rivals Melton Rugby Union Club!

After a loss on their stomping ground in round 5, we’ll be looking to bounce back on home soil today!

A good afternoon ahead with plenty happening around the ground:

🏉 SATURDAY RUGBY 🏉

The boys are back at home this Saturday for a 2PM KO against Melton Rugby Union Club

This week is also our old boys day!
After the game we have a function with food provided and drinks at bar prices!

A great chance to catch up with past players, supporters and club legends while getting around the current squad as they hit the field.

BBQ, drinks and good company all afternoon!We’d love to see plenty down there supporting the boys and celebrating the club.

A huge congratulations to some of our boys who have been selected to represent Country Victoria in Adelaide! 👏🏉

This is an incredible opportunity for the players, and we’re proud to support them on their journey. To help cover the costs associated, we’ll be running a 100 Square Fundraiser.

A tough day at the office Saturday, but a performance the boys can hold their heads high about.

We fired out of the blocks with intent, crossing the line early to score the first try of the match and set the tempo. From there, it was an absolute battle. It was a classic, gritty rugby union clash that stayed on a knife-edge right until the final whistle.

While Melton managed to pull away at the end to secure the win, the work rate and heart from the Miners couldn't be questioned. We fought for every inch and stayed in the contest until the very last second.
