Shilpa and Rhonda have been training with us for a while. They love the routine, the community and most importantly they’ve both made impressive progress, physically, mentally and functionally! 💪🏃♀️🚴
Their secret?
1️⃣ They know exactly WHY they train.
2️⃣They always plan ahead and make sure they can make those 3-4 sessions a week. Not just for one week, or a month, it’s whole year round CONSISTENTLY
3️⃣They never overstrain. If the body tells them to take a day off for some active recovery, they won’t push over the line.
