Here is the final amendment for the timetable while I'm away! I'm hoping you don't drop the ball and keep training because let's be honest, you don't, you suffer.
Getting old shouldn't be s**t! It shouldn't be hard.
You should be getting better.
Pretty straightforward here is the timetable Aslyn will be running the show for me.

Mary will be going away on the 11th September for 3.5 weeks. The studio will be open and this is the timetable.
The only way to access the studio will be if you buy a session pass. 10 sessions for $150 or 20 sessions for $250 on special with a $50 discount.

Tonight 6.30pm we are launching a beginners STEP class. If you want to learn to STEP this one is for you. If you need to get steps in this one is also for you. If you need to burn calories this one is for you.
$15 Casual only.

Welcome to our current timetable as of Monday 3rd Aug. I'm so pleased to be adding 2 more of my favourite classes to the mix specifically at entrance level (beginners) at 30 mins a class there is actually no excuse for you to not start tomorrow.
If you are over 40 and not moving I pose the question of have you decided on who will be wiping your ass for you at 60? You can get annoyed but I'm always going to keep it real for you, that's the trainer I am.
If I'm for you then come join us. No joining fee's. No memberships. No sign up. No worries! I don't want you here if you don't want to be here. 30+ years in the game, I know what I'm doing! No kiddies teaching here.
If you want results with someone in the game forever, come see me. No BS Just training!
