We have something a little bit special happening at Epping this week! Colette, the founder and director of The HIIT Factory — and the powerhouse behind all of our FIIT30 programming at Fernwood — will be joining the 9.30am FIIT30 session this Thursday, 30 July.

If you haven’t met Colette before, she’s the creative mind who designs every FIIT30 workout you smash out each week. She’s super excited to finally visit Epping, see our space, and meet the incredible crew who bring her programs to life.

Please note: this session will be recorded and shared on social media. As this is a once‑off special visit, we really appreciate your understanding and support around the filming.
