20/06/2026 Milestones that we are aware of
Congratulations to the following parkrunners who will be achieving official or unofficial milestones this weekend:\
· Matt Ferguson – 50 parkruns
· Sandra Titheridge – unofficial milestone of 150 parkruns at Frog Hollow
· Tony Titheridge – unofficial milestone of 150 parkruns at Frog Hollow
It’s great that Sandra and Tony, partners in life, have managed to schedule to complete their unofficial milestones of 150 parkruns at Frog Hollow, together this weekend.
Matt Ferguson – 50 parkruns
· Matt’s parkrun journey began at Albert Melbourne on 12/01/2019.
· His 50th parkrun will be his 31st at Frog Hollow.
· He has achieved a total of ten PBs.
· His best time is 25:34, run at Frog Hollow on 24/08/2024.
· His average time over 49 parkruns is 29:23.
· He has a best age grade percentage of 51.56%, earned on the day of his PB.
· Matt has run at a total of thirteen parkrun locations. He has completed three interstate events, all in Queensland. Apart from his parkruns at Frog Hollow, he has done six at Echuca Moama, three at Wilson Botanic, and one each at another seven Victorian events.
· He currently runs in the VM35-39 age category. His fastest parkrun was completed in this age group.
· The most parkruns he has completed in a calendar year is 26, in 2024.
· He completed his 25 parkruns milestone at Frog Hollow on 30/11/2024.
Sandra Titheridge – unofficial milestone of 150 parkruns at Frog Hollow
· Sandra’s parkrun journey began at Frog Hollow on 06/08/2016.
· Her 150th parkrun Frog Hollow will be her 197th overall.
· On my table of parkrunners who have completed the most parkruns at Frog Hollow, Sandra is ranked 45th.
· She has achieved a total of sixteen PBs.
· Her best time is 27:04, run at Frog Hollow on 26/08/2017.
· Her average time over 196 parkruns is 33:41.
· She has a best age grade percentage of 58.26%, earned at Frog Hollow on 23/09/2023.
· Her highest gender placing is fifth, which she has achieved four times at Frog Hollow.
· She has run at a total of fifteen parkrun locations. She has done one parkrun overseas, at East Coast Park in Singapore. Her other events have all been in Victoria. Apart from her parkruns at Frog Hollow, she has run 23 times at Jells, four times at Lewis Park Reserve and three times at Birdsland Reserve. She has run twice each at Pakenham, Phillip Island, Berwick Springs, Inverloch, Chelsea Bicentennial and Marriott Waters. She has run once each at another four events in Victoria.
· Sandra currently runs in the VW50-54 age category. Her fastest parkrun was completed in the VW40-44 age group.
· The most parkruns Sandra has completed in a calendar year is 34, in 2024 earning her a Bronze Obsessive Award in Running Challenges. She also earned Bronze for completing 33 parkruns in 2017.
· Sandra has volunteered eight times, all at Frog Hollow. She has volunteered across five distinct roles. She has been a timekeeper on three occasions and been the tail walker twice. She has done barcode scanning, handed out finish tokens and been the photographer once each.
· Sandra achieved her 25 parkruns milestone at Frog Hollow on 25/03/2017, her 50 parkruns milestone at Inverloch on 27/01/2018, and her 100 parkruns milestone at Frog Hollow on 10/12/2022.
· Sandra has shown amazing grit and determination participating at parkrun as often as she was able, whilst dealing with serious health battles over the past year!
· Sandra and Tony are to be congratulated for introducing their three sons to parkrun and seeing them go on to achieve their own milestones!
· The Frog Hollow parkrun family are proud to have the Titheridge family as regular parkrunners!
Tony Titheridge – unofficial milestone of 150 parkruns at Frog Hollow
· Tony’s parkrun journey began at Frog Hollow on 16/07/2016.
· His 150th parkrun at Frog Hollow will be his 201st overall.
· On my table of parkrunners who have completed the most parkruns at Frog Hollow, Tony is ranked 44th.
· He has achieved a total of nine PBs.
· His best time is 20:32, run at Frog Hollow on 25/12/2016.
· His average time over 200 parkruns is 28:05.
· He has a best age grade percentage of 70.13%, earned on the day of his PB.
· He has run at a total of sixteen parkrun locations, all in Victoria. Apart from his parkruns at Frog Hollow, he has run seventeen times at Jells and six times each at Birdsland Reserve and Lewis Park Reserve. He has run four times each at Dandenong and Marrriott Waters, three times at Berwick Springs, and twice each at Chelsea Bicentennial and Portarlington. He has completed one parkrun each at another seven events.
· Tony currently runs in the VM55-59 age category. His fastest parkrun was completed in the VM45-49 age group.
· The most parkruns he has completed in a calendar year is 38 in 2025, earning him a Bronze Obsessive Award in Running Challenges. He earned one other Bronze Obsessive Award for completing 36 parkruns in 2024.
· He has completed eighteen volunteer tasks, earning seventeen volunteer credits. Except for volunteering once at Birdsland Reserve, he has done all his volunteering at Frog Hollow.
· He has volunteered across seven distinct roles. He has been a timekeeper on eight occasions and done barcode scanning and the first timers welcome three times each. He has done the roles of photographer, pacer, finish token support and handing out finish tokens once each.
· Tony has achieved all his official milestones to date at Frog Hollow. He reached his 25 parkruns milestone on 30/12/2017, his 50 parkruns milestone on 24/08/2019, and his 100 parkruns milestone on 23/09/2023.
· Tony and Sandra are to be congratulated for introducing their three sons to parkrun and seeing them go on to achieve their own milestones!
· The Frog Hollow parkrun family are proud to have the Titheridge family as regular parkrunners!
