Hi Vivid team 💚

As many of you know, Vivid Movement has now officially closed its doors. While this has been a big transition for us, we are so incredibly grateful for the support, friendships and memories built within this space over the years, it has meant more than words can say.

As part of wrapping things up, we will be selling a range of gym equipment and other items that were used throughout Vivid.

Items include things such as dumbbells, strength and conditioning equipment and functional training accessories. All items have been well used in a professional studio environment and remain in good working condition.

Kids classes are back for term 4!
Starting on the 13/10/25.
Running 2x 45 minute sessions a week on Mondays and Wednesdays at the same time of 4:30pm.
Starting in week 2 and finishing in week 9.

Single session and double session per week packages available or pay as you go.

Term Fees
Single session/ week: $110
Double session/ week: $210
Price per session: $15

📣 Kids Fitness Term (Ages 9–14) - Now Enrolling!

Our next 10-week block of Kids Classes starts Monday, July 14!

🕟 When: Mondays at 4:30pm
⏱️ Duration: 45 minutes
📅 Term Length: 10 weeks
💰 Cost: $120 for the term or $15 per session

These sessions are designed to introduce kids aged 9 to 14 to the
fitness space in a fun, supportive environment. Across the term,
they’ll:

✅ Learn proper movement and lifting technique
✅ Build strength, coordination and confidence
✅ Be part of a team and develop social and communication skills
✅ Gain a healthy understanding of gym etiquette and how to train safely
✅ Work together through games and group-based challenges

Perfect for beginners or active kids wanting to explore the gym space
with guidance and encouragement!
