Central Highlands Triathlon Club We're all about fun and fitness -- and swimming, cycling and running of course! Welcome to the Central Highlands Triathlon page!

We're a friendly club based in Emerald, Central Queensland. Our aim is to encourage participation in the sport of triathlon. Young, old, fit or not, you can enjoy swimming, running and cycling with like-minded people. We run training sessions five times a week in all disciplines and hold small events and social functions regularly. Everyone is welcome and we'll make sure you enjoy every moment!

HELP NEEDED - we are reaching out to our Frogs community to ask for help to spread the word & encourage women & kids to register for The Capricornian Rocky Triathlon.

You can help, not only by sharing the event on Facebook, but also by circulating the attached flyer. We'd really love to get the flyers out through the school newsletters so if you're able to share with your school, please do so. More importantly, talk to your friends, your colleagues, mums' groups & other social networks. Word of mouth is certainly one of the best forms of advertising. It's through conversation & support that we find most people pluck up the courage to register so spread the word how much fun triathlon can be & that there's no better place than the Rocky Tri to just give it a go.
