Today Jaana & I also got to experience something very special.

An elephant ride & feeding experience with Beshanti and her handler.

She was so gentle and let us know when she was ready for more food. 200kgs per day is what she eats. Bananas are like chocolate 🍫

So blessed to have had this experience 🇮🇳☺️ India where everything is possible 😊

This is my Friday morning yoga practice. It’s a core yoga class and those that know me know this is not my favourite kind. But I know how important yoga is to me so I show up!

Yoga has helped me to develop the awareness of what really matters to me and that is to be connected to my body, heart and mind. I’ve experienced disconnection and it is not a a place I want to find myself again.

What I have learned on my yoga and mindfulness journey I love to share with others.

Join me for a Long Slow Deep yoga practice Saturday 22 August 2pm at Stadium Premier Fitness and let me guide you in this style of yoga, a much gentler style than core! So you can have the opportunity to quieten down the noise, make space for awareness and see where it guides you to.
