Rickilee Venardos

Rickilee’s passion for fitness, health and wellness began at 17 and has grown through every stage of her life. She holds a degree in Sport and Exercise Science, a Bachelor of Education along with Certificate III and IV qualifications in Fitness, and currently teaches high school Mathematics and Health & Physical Education. Her hands‑on experience ranges from working as a personal trainer and gym instructor at multiple gyms to running her own personal training and group fitness business for four years.

Since joining KOPA in 2023 as a Stretch & Conditioning Coach, Rickilee has expanded her repertoire to include circuit training, boot camp, Pilates, steps fitness and more.

A mother and wife herself, she understands the challenge of prioritising health while managing family and career, which is why she promotes wellness that’s realistic, achievable and sustainable. At the heart of everything she does is a commitment to helping people feel strong, confident and supported in their health journey.

Shelby Nuell

Shelby is a dedicated mum, handmade business owner and passionate dance educator with a lifelong love of movement. She discovered ballroom dancing at the age of 12, where she quickly developed a strong foundation and went on to complete more than 14 levels of examinations across various ballroom styles.

At just 17, Shelby introduced Zumba classes to Emerald, a journey she has continued throughout her adulthood. Her deep passion for Latin rhythms and expressive movement naturally led her to become a certified Zumba Instructor in 2020. Since then, she has been proudly teaching Zumba at KOPA under the direction of Miss Kimmy, sharing her energy, joy and love of dance with the community.
