A week long Spring dump gave us awesome conditions at Furano & Tomamu.
The trip to Asahidake was next level.

Rewind to this day 2012, guess dropped into RPS?

Kai Lenny is now the world's pre-eminent waterman.

Apart from his big wave exploits, he's also a professional windsurfer, kitesurfer, sup racer, foils everything and also loves to snowboard.

Before his shop visit, I interviewed him for 15 minutes about what he'd already achieved and where he was heading. (Must try & find that edit!)

I still have the board he signed for me.

Proud to say that James Storm Carew started his career at RPS.

I've seen him develop into the amazing Athlete that he is and so stoked to see him wrap up the title.
