SALSA SWEAT
This sassy ‘solo’ class is designed to make you sweat. Enjoy learning salsa steps as we build on a routine throughout the class. Engage the hips, release the mind and enjoy this non-stop rhythmic session
Open to all dance / fitness levels (absolute beginners welcome)
LATIN FIT
Come and get ‘Latin Fit’. This class is a full body cardio workout… Get lost in the Latin / Reggaeton beats as we move from track to track! Who cares, we all need to challenge ourselves sometimes. This class is all about having fun and letting go

TONE TONIC
The term ‘toned’ implies noticeable muscle definition and shape… This class is specifically designed to tone and strengthen the whole body – with particular focus on the ABS, legs and butt (ladies, I know where it’s at). Before you say ‘but’… let me tell you, you’ll leave with a feeling of vigour and sense of well-being. Open to all levels (please bring yoga mat)

As a new first time mum, the challenge of ‘Balance’ is all too fresh for me. While I am happily consumed with my son Phoenix, it’s equally as important to stay active, content and challenged as an individual. My classes are designed particularly for busy women… be it new or seasoned mamas or women simply looking for the best way to workout and see results. I know where the ‘trouble’ areas are and have designed my classes to kick them in the butt… while providing a space to feel safe to ‘dance like no one is watching’. So come and join me for some dance tonic…sustenance for the body and the mind.
