Exciting to be approaching the second half of the year!
If you have been thinking of open water swimming this summer now is the time to get started on stroke technique and confidence in the water.

Tuesday 7:30-8:30pm @ eltham swimming school is an adult technique session for all levels from beginner to advanced. Only 5 per session.

Anyone looking at taking part in either a Gatorade tri or Challenge Melbourne?
We have registered our club with both these events and all are welcome to join us!
Just click 'I am a member of a Tri club' when you register, then you can select us (ESSDolphins Triathlon and Multisport).
We would love to see our group race under the Dolphins name and get some cracking team support!!

Happy New Year!
We hope everyone had a happy and relaxing Christmas break!

Very excited to be at the Lorne Pier to Pub on Saturday (7th Jan).
Can't wait to see some of our junior and adult swimmers take part.
