•avocado - health fats. Good for your skin, can reduce risk of heart disease, vit C,E,K and b6.
• Green Apple - antioxidants, vit C so they are also good for skin health, fibre.
• celery - supports digestion, reduces inflammation, alkalising effect, low glycemic index.
• spinach - iron, folate, vit A,K,C, magnesium, B2.
• date - brain booster, maintains bone mass, natural sweetener, fibre.
• banana - energy, vic c, good for your skin, heart health and blood pressure.
